How does the Commitment reports differ from one State to ano

Can you also include some elements which will make lot of difference in commitment report generation state wise?

When you are looking for a loan then your lender may provide you a commitment letter stating the loan offered. And issuing the commitment letter will be subject to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. And the act is more or less common for all the states. So, I think chances are very rare that its get varies with state to state.
