MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY AND HE HAD A CONDO THAT MY NAME IS NOT ON THE MORTGAGE OR DEED. THE MORTGAGE IS MORE THEN THE CONDO IS WORTH. CAN I LET IT GO TO FORCLOSURE WITHOUT ANYTHING HAPPENING TO ME?

Hi EKA,

If your name is not mentioned on the mortgage docs or the property deed, then the foreclosure won't affect you in any way. You can let the property go into foreclosure.

Thanks
