how to get a mortgage loan with credit issues

looking to build a house, have land also have about 15000.00 to put down and our annual income is around 90000.00 credit is so-so his 610 mine 615. will it be impossible to get a mortgage loan?

Are you looking for a construction-to-permanent loan? well, these loans have also been hit by the subprime crisis, so yes, you'll need good scores and with a 610-615, getting such a loan looks to me as quite impossible.

680 is as low as I have seen recently on a construction loan.
