When you have a contract of sale do you have to put the interest charges on the contract of sale?

Hi Charlotte,

I've never seen it listed in the sales contract, but the close date is listed, and that is what the prepaid insurance is based off of. The prepaid interest is listed on the closing statement that you will get at closing.

Kim

i really don't understand your question, charlotte; and i'm not sure that the answer kim gave you is appropriate to that question.

but if you wish to restate it, in case you're trying to obtain different information, please do so.
