I am a realtor and have a client who is self-employed.
He is willing to put 20% down, stated income. Conforming loan amount around $350,000. Good credit
score. Around the San Jose area in Gilroy.

Stated income, so he cannot provide tax returns? If you can show income, we have very competitive rates, but our service is what sets us apart. Direct Lender, California, FHA and CONV. Let me know if I could help out on any of your deals. Thanks.
