Hi Mark,

Energy efficient loans allow you to add energy efficient features to your home. This helps borrowers save money on your utility bills. The energy efficient mortgages also allow the option to stretch the debt to income qualifying ratio. What this means is, the borrower can qualify for a larger home on a better home.
