What happens if my mother dies but she was divorced and had a boyfriend and she felt half to me and her boyfriend and if we had to fight who would win?

Both you and the boyfriend will have equal shares to the property. If you want the whole property, then you can buy out the boyfriend by offering him a certain amount of money and ask him to transfer the property to you.
