My wife is on a FHA loan with her ex. Now at present can we together get an FHA loan for our new home?
As far as I know, an individual may only be able to get one FHA mortgage at a time. There may be an exception depending upon who was awarded the home at the time of divorce.

I agree with Sara. If the home has been awarded to the ex-spouse of your wife and he is responsible for the loan, then she may be able to get a new FHA loan with you.
