How can I help a potential buyer find financing for my manufactured home?...I am trying to sell my manufactured home and land. I would like to be able to provide a potential buyer with a place to find financing for this sale. It seems like most banks don't make loans for manufactured homes. Can you help me?

try to find a lender that does FHA loans for manufactured homes.
You may want to find a broker who can help you find the right lender.

Another issues maybe the size of the loan...if it's too small then not many lenders will be willing to help you.

Yes, lenders do not easily offer loans for manufactured home, but you can ask the buyer to contract the brokers of your area and check out if they can help you. This community also has a large number of lenders. You or the buyer can speak to them and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. Then the buyer can compare the rates with the market rates and take the one which he/she can afford.
