Where can I get a form to partition the force of sale?

Like 0 Dislike 0 Is it legally effective if you do it yourself? I live out of state. I would like to partition a force of sale within 90 days. My sister can live back at her own house.

If the court gives the judgment in your favor, then the property will be sold off. Thanks
