The 1098 should come to from your lender. Although many people may have received theirs already, the lender does have until the end of January to get it to you.

If you need the information sooner, you should definitely contact your lender. If you have online access to your account, you may be able to log-on and print it from there also.

If you are looking for your 2007 interest statement you will recieve it by the end of January. If you need prior years, contact your lender and they will send it to you.
