Please help me contact a company called Geneva Roth Cap

I have a payday loan with a company called geneva Roth Cap. I want to pay off this loan, but I can't find the phone number to do so. They keep taking out $90.00 out of my checking account every two weeks. I want to pay it off so I can close this account. Please help me.

Welcome to Mortgagefit discussion board.

Geneva Roth is not a very good company & have BAD reputation in the industry. They are known as one of the loan sharks.

You should get in touch with them as early as possible and pay this pdl off. This is their number: 913-825-1200.

Do let me know if you are able to get hold of someone on this number.

If you are smart you will not have anything to do with this company. They have been taking 90.00 dollars out of my account every friday and none of it has been going towards the loan which I thought was occuring. This has been going on since september so my loan should have been more than paid for but instead they have been charging me an extended fee. They also make it hard to pay off because you must reply by fax or by email but they also state it needs to be in writing how you want to take care of your loan. You can't make a payment towards your loan our thay will charge you interest plust the 90.00 dollar extention fee. Be smart don't get involved with this company!!!

How did you come to know about this extended fee?

There has been numerous complaints against Geneva Roth. Most people are frustrated with them. It is indeed better to avoid such a company.

Thanks for the information. I coulde not find them either. Here is there CS phone number to call to request the form 1-800-351-8820, it comes a bulk mail. the fax munber to fax it to is 1-800-351-8830. Never again will I do this. It has cost me a fortune!

they are still taking money out of my acount after $1000.00 for only a $300.00 loan ...they wont help you to finish this loan off, Sad

Why don't you talk to their representative? this can't go on and on. This way they'll take out several dollars. Something needs to be done to stop them. Have you filed a complaint with the FTC?

Yes - I, too, am involved with them. Once I actually realized what was happening, I went to my bank and put an 'unauthorize' label on them. Now, my account is in collections - I will pay them what I can; when I can - they will have to accept that. It is definitely a company to stay far far away from - they are crooks!

you are right. They are simply "crooks". Otherwise there will not be so many complaints against this particular company. If they create any problem you should file complaints against them in the Attorney general's Office in your state.
