I have also had problems with this company I have paid them $630.00 for a $300.00 loan I asked them to consider this paid in full since I am no
longer able to pay them. They would not accept this and said they would continue to try and debit my checking acount the $90.00 rollover fee 4 more times before they would start collections. Which means I will owe them $360.00 more bringing the total to $990 that I will have to pay them for a $300.00 loan. Any suggestions from anyone?

Hi Cathyjrt,

Why will you pay the extra money besides the actual loan amount? It is the illegal practice of Geneva Roth to charge extra money. I think, in this situation, you should immediately approach an attorney general and take necessary legal action against the company. You should not pay them any further amount of money.

applied for $300.00 loan, assumed payment to be made back was $390.00...so far..they have deducted $450.00...put stop payment on my acct...now they come in "another way", and tried taking $390.00 in one shot...wtf!! These guys had the gaul to call me and tell me I was "refusing" to pay...can you believe this crap? I told him I already paid off loan...He started insulting me ......omg! He's lucky he's not within arm's reach....
