I applied and received a payday loan from cashnet usa. then two weeks later i received an unsolicited and unauthorized deposit of $300 from this genevarothcap place. then the nxt week they deducted $90 from my account. they never had my signature or authorization!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you haven't applied then how come they were allowed to take out money from your account? They need to have authorization to do that, don't they? Contact your bank to know how it allowed them to deducted money as you had not signed on anything.
