When you took the loan from Geneva Roth, wasn't there any agreement signed regarding the payment schedule? Without an agreement, a transaction is illegal. Contact them ASAP in order to know the details of payment procedure.

Hi Cathy,

I think the e-mail address of Geneva Roth won't help you to get a response from them. There are many people who try in vain to contact them over telephone as this company always changes their contact numbers. It's really hard to trace them. So i think it is better if you take the help of an attorney general in this matter as he can help you to locate them.

Since I have joined this community, I have found many people who come to the forum with their problems related to Geneva Roth. I feel as they get many informations about the illegal practices of Geneva Roth from here, so they come to this forum.

As Larry said, there have been lost of complaints and these guys ahve been trying hard to trace the company as they've lost their account money to this company...but they aren't yet able to find them out..so geneva roth continues to focus on illegal activities as ever.

There is something called "word of mouth" I think people who got valuable info about geneva roth have spread the word that it's available here and hence the crowd have just gathered here again and again to find some solution or get together to fight against geneva roth.
