dersanajose Joined: 16 Feb 2011 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Wed Feb 16, 2011 2:13 pm    Post subject: How can I get my money I have overpaid Like 0 Dislike 0 I sold my house and finished the mortgage but they have taken one month mortgage extra,but they refunded the money to my closed account and the bank has returned this money back as it was a closed account. but they saying they havn't received this money back.They are investigating my complaint for 4 months.Now they saying they need more time to investigate.How can I get my money back.Does it take it 4months to find out where the money gone. Any one help???

You should immediately take the help of an attorney and check out his opinion in this matter. It shouldn't take so much time in order to find out where the money has gone.
