Help!! I am in need of a home. both me and my wife credit scores are between 550 and 600. we make really good money it is just the past is catching up.. I need a place to live by the end of the summer. WHAT CAN I DO???????????

It's good to know that you make sufficient money but have you been through credit problems in the past? Is it possible for you to stay in a rented property for some more time till your credit score gets slightly higher? It will help you qualify for better loan offers actually.

Hi Mac,

Welcome to the forum.

Your credit score is not too good but you can actually try out FHA loans to buy a house. Shop a bit for lenders and go for it if you are offered affordable rates and terms.
