Thank you so much for answering my questions, I failed to mention that my brother and I are living in the house and have been since 1973. You mentioned divided among the heirs, does that mean my niece and nephew of my deceased sisters? I paid the house off after my mom passed (8 years ago) and have been paying the taxes on the house every year. We have never borrowed on the house. thank you..
