How do you find out who holds mortgage

Hi fanti!

Welcome to forums!

You can call up the customer service department of Ameriquest and know who holds your mortgage. But I guess Litton Loans holds the mortgage as later on your loan was put to them.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

who the investor is isn't going to be particularly relevant to anything. it appears your servicer is litton, and that's probably all the effective information you need to have.
