At present, the U.S. mortgage market is in a crisis and all the people are facing financial troubles. It is all because of poor credit borrowers who default on the loan.

Moreover, the houses are not easily selling in the market due to their low values and as a result the lenders are running at a loss. They are failing to refund the money to the bank who have financed them the loan. As a result, the whole mortgage market is in a tight situation.
