Where do you go to run name's through LDP/GSA? I thought it was FHA Connection...but I can't find where to put the names in.

LDP stands for "Limited Denial of Participation."Most often a person or business is found on this list as the result of a HUD field office taking action against a person or party who fails to comply with HUD program standards. In most cases, the causes of an LDP action can be remedied by the party because such actions include provisions for an appeal process with a speedy conference at the HUD office location that issued the LDP action. Most often LDP actions are effective for one year. Any person found to be listed on the LDP list must be prohibited from participation in any HUD program(s) that are specifically indicated on the listing.
You can access FHA Connection thru the Excluded Parties Listing System (EPLS) that is maintained by the United States General Services Administration (GSA). You can also find a link to that system on the FHA Approval Lists page. |

In order to run the ldp and gsa on fha connection you would need a ID and password

do a search for ldp gsa or limited denial participation
it is an easy website to find it this post wont let me past the link
on the left side there is the following menu, click on the multiple names and type in the names of the people you are searching for the ldp/gsa then hit exact name
, it will search and then print it. you are done. easy as pie

> Multiple Names
> Exact Name and SSN/TIN
> MyEPLS
