CAN THE BANK ATTACH OR TAKE THE PROCEEDS FROM THE HOME OR IS THERE A TIME LIMIT OF 6 MONTHS AND THEN THE HOUSE SELLS? i INHEIRITED A TRAILER AND A CAR ALSO. wE ARE UNDER THE HOMESTEAD ACT AND THE HOUSE IN fL IS THE HOUSE IN QUESTION. iNHEIRITANCE IS THE QUESTION. mY WIFE AND i ONLY HAVE SOC. SEC TO RELY ON. bUT MY WIFE HAS A 401 K.
