After 12 months, a Judgement of Foreclosure was granted. Does this mean a sale date is set? How long to stay in property?

Hi Guest,

If the judgment of foreclosure was granted, then it means that the sale date has been fixed. After the property is sold off at the foreclosure auction, you'll receive an eviction notice from the lender and move out of the property within that given time period.

Thanks
