I am a female that was in a relationship with another female. We bought a house together 7 years ago. I found her cheating on me back in June of 2007. In Nov 2007 I stopped paying my half of the bills and moved out of the state. I have been trying to get her to buy me out or sell the house but she kept giving me the run around. She can not afford to buy me out and I do not want the house so I asked her to put it up for sale. She would'nt so I had to threaten a Partion Lawsuit. She finally agreed to put the house up for sale so we signed the papers and that is now out of the way. I now find out that she moved her new girlfriend into the house full time. I knew she was going over and even staying sometimes which made me very upset. Is there anything I can do legally about having the girl removed from the house? I feel it is not right that the girl is living there when I still own half of the house. I do not want to go there nor move back in because it would just be a disaster. Please advise.

Well if that is the case, it is also half mine so can I move someone into the house to cover my half of the mortgage even though I am not staying there? She said that when the house is sold I owe her my half of the mortgage from the time I left to when ever it sells. Is this true? Will I have to pay her that monies?

Oh yes why not. I suppose you should move into the house as you till own half of it. Why lose your interest this way?

Since both of you own the house ad have your names on the loan, it's your responsibility to pay for the loan. But perhaps you haven't been doing so while she has been making all payments. So, that's the reason, I suppose she can ask for your share of payments.
