I had home appraised with land. There is not going to be any equity to split. Husband is saying that would be the only thing I would be intitled to would be any equity. The Land was appraised and the home was given a separate value on the appraisal. He is saying because the land goes with the home because it is held as collateral he doesn't owe me anything. Is this true?
