| What's important to have in a listing agreement, is the Realtor obligated to act in my best interests, is there a method to look over a realtor's record, what sales they've had close to the home being listed? |

Hello.
If you have Exclusive Agency Listing then the listing broket will work for you and earn commissuon. Typically the agent will try to keep the listing for 90 days. |

Realtor ARE obligated to act in your best interests but I have seen many act in their best interest. As in everything, when money is involved some will forget their morals and do anything to get the almighty dollar. _________________ Top 100 Mortgage website www.mortgagebreakdown.com
