It's quite surprising that though you are making the payments, they are not getting registered with them. I would suggest you to contact them personally and resolve the issue. Moreover, you can also fax the complaint form and check out if they can help you.

My son currently has a home loan from Litton mortgage, in oct. of 08 he was behind on his payments, Litton threatened to forclose, the solution was, pay $2000.00 attorney fee's, and double the mortgage payments, to $960.00 monthly for six mos. Last week, mar10, he was called by them to say he was one day late on jan09 payment, and forclosure procedures were pending, he is still waiting for them to contact him with some sort of plan to resolve this problem.

Hi Guest,

I think your son should contact the lender and check out if they can offer him any plan to resolve the issue. He may negotiate with them so that they offer him a loan modification.

Litton has screwed me and hundreds of other good people..that great line from a movie " I am mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore" I am preparing a class action lawsuit against litton for deceptive lending practices I need 15 people to join to get it on "Contingency" no cost..let me know if you want to join in and litton execs should join baney madoff in prison

There is not enough space to tell you about my ordeals. I entered into a loan modification back May 2009 , I have never been late on any payments I just wanted to get my intrest lowered so my paYments woud be lower. Well for 11 months I sent and resent the same paperwork because they kept saying they did not recieve it or could not find it. I called them every month and each time all payments was current and uo to date they kept teling me it was we just need this to be resent or that to be resent.Finally I got the letter stating I got the modification I only had to sign the papers and send them back only I find out that The intrest was the same. Nothig had changed Well I declined it. They then sent me a letter statIng they owed me money $213 dollars for overpayment on my escroll. I called about it an no one did not know why I got it, Well They then sent me a letter a week later stating they declined me on the modifiation . I then recieved a letter the third week in May stating that my house was in default and I called , after several attempts I find out that they are sayng in June of 2009 I did not make a modification and now with intrest etc I owed the 1784. My paymennt is 874. Well then I get another letter of default. I sent to them all my bank statements from May 2009 to September 2009 showing that in May I made the regular payment and the modification for JUNE.
After a week of many calls I finally got to speak to a supervisor Who is now been researching for 4 days and I have heard nothing. To top this off I get a letter from IRS stating I claimed more intrest in 2008 than what was reported. Litton did not report my intrest paid to them. IF THERE IS A LAWYER OUT THERE READING THIS DO I HAVE GROUNDS FOR A LAWSUIT
GOD BLESS YOU ALL Oh by the way Yesterday I got another default letter.

Our mortgage got sold to Litton Loan, actually 2 mortgages, a home and a condo, we've paid our loans prior to Litton, never late, we continue paying, never late on either mortgage. I am very worried now reading all of these posts. We never asked for Litton to be our mortgage company, what if they screw us up?

If you're paying your mortgage dues on time, then you shouldn't worry. I don't think they will screw you.
