It's quite surprising that though you are making the payments, they are not getting registered with them. I would suggest you to contact them personally and resolve the issue. Moreover, you can also fax the complaint form and check out if they can help you.

My son currently has a home loan from Litton mortgage, in oct. of 08 he was behind on his payments, Litton threatened to forclose, the solution was, pay $2000.00 attorney fee's, and double the mortgage payments, to $960.00 monthly for six mos. Last week, mar10, he was called by them to say he was one day late on jan09 payment, and forclosure procedures were pending, he is still waiting for them to contact him with some sort of plan to resolve this problem.
I think your son should contact the lender and check out if they can offer him any plan to resolve the issue. He may negotiate with them so that they offer him a loan modification.

Litton has screwed me and hundreds of other good people..that great line from a movie " I am mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore" I am preparing a class action lawsuit against litton for deceptive lending practices I need 15 people to join to get it on "Contingency" no cost..let me know if you want to join in and litton execs should join baney madoff in prison
