rlinda Joined: 10 May 2011 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Tue May 10, 2011 12:38 pm    Post subject: Living Estate Like 0 Dislike 0 My Husband and his sister own the house with his mother to live in it until she dies, she is in a nursing home on medicaid with Alzheimers. I know we can not sell the house, but can we take a loan against it or can we buy (deed) the house to one or the other?
