If you are a consumer, please let all of us know how your last Loan Officer handled your loan with two questions. If you want to add more than those answers, that would be great.
1. What did you like most about your Loan Officer?
2. What did like the least about your Loan Officer?

| I took a mortgage for my dream home from this financial institution and believe me my loan officer was excellent! She was patient enough to answer all the questions me and my would-be asked her. Ah! she had a smile on her face which made me feel confident. I really had a great time working with her!!! |

| You are lucky enough Carolina to get such a good loan officer!!! I had a tough time dealing with my loan officer. This person called Robin (the loan officer) has no sense of customer service. I guess the mortgage companies don't teach their loan officers about customer service. He was horrible and rude!!! I felt as if I am doing something wrong while taking loan from their company. I was so irritated that I cancelled my deal with that company and took loan from another mortgage company. They will pretty much okay in their dealings with me... |
