I think a person cannot take up a mortgage with his workmen's compensation earning.

Welcome the forum.

A person who has been receiving workman's compensation income for 3 years or more, is able to get a mortgage.

Hi Kitz,

A workmen's compensation receiver might get a mortgage if he has been getting the benefit for 3 or more years and if it is going to continue for 3years.
