Hello fellow mortgage pros- As some of you may remember, my name is Ken (recently now working as a broker) and I am trying to get a new mortgage product (called the "AMF") off the ground. I have spoken to a couple of firms, and they would like a list of some potential product "partners" if you will- brokers and such that would likely sign on to originate the AMF when it becomes available by said lender/bank.
Nothing I'm going to hold anyone to- but I do need to get a tentative commitment and opinion on the product and potential sales/ loan from anyone interested. Basically this is a grassroots opportunity at this point, and the written feedback I receive will be pretty key in getting off the ground.
What I'm putting together is a brief PowerPoint presentation on the AMF, as well as a 1 page form that I'd ask people to fill out and submit back to me. The whole thing will take 15 minutes of your time.
I'd appreciate any help and time on this. And in the end, this should be a good in with you and your firm in offering a new and unique mortgage product to your clients. Please PM me or email me directly at-
.amfinfo@comcast.net
for more info. I will forward to you the info for your review. Thanks a lot.
Kind regards,

Ken L.

I'd like to read what this mortgage is like before filling any form. Do you have a website?

Hello D. Weil- This is Ken. For more information, please visit my mortgagefit.com blog- (see below).
I have a brief trifold-type product pamphlet on the AMF also. Essentially it is another product that allows faster principal paydown for the homeowner (competing with the bi-weekly plan and the couple of others out there). The key is that it can do this without any additional payments or fees.
It is currently US Patent-Pending.
Thanks,

Ken

Ken,

I'm not sure your blog really provides much information. May I suggest you put together something more informative and substantive before asking other professionals to offer an opinion?

Just my .02

Ken

Hello Ken S- Yes, I would agree that the Blog is not very clear and does not offer all of the relevant info needed. I wouldn't expect someone to offer a professional opinion based on the Blog contents- the info there is superficial and more for the general public. The AMF Powerpoint I've put together for brokers and LO's is much more detailed and clear and should allow a reasonable understanding of the features and benefits, etc.
But good point on the Blog, in general. Thanks,
Ken
