I am going to be signing our home over to my husband. We are currently in a Chapter 13 and have been for 2 1/2 years due to a decrease in his work. My credit is not very good but I have just purchased a car and the loan is only in my name. The manufactured home that I am interested in is for sale at $22500.00. I would be able to make a down payment but I was looking at this as a possible alternative to renting. I do believe that the house is going to be put up for sale. Is there any type of loan out there for a person in my situation. If not can you give me some guidance on how to make my credit score better so I would be able to obtain something like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevertheless, you should speak to lenders offering personal loans and check out if they can help you in this situation. Thanks
