Looks like they have been rebuilding their credit after the BK & FC

Welcome to this forum.

Your credit score is ok and you have no late payments for the last 24 months. So I think you will qualify for it. There are more than 500 registered lenders in this community. You can try to contact them. Some one will surely help you.

Have your client tried out with an FHA loan? He hasn't had late payments for the last 2 years though there has been a bankruptcy and foreclosure. And, does the manufactured home have a permanent foundation?

Well, you can advise him to have a talk with some of the lenders in our community. There are a group of lenders here offering loans to people with good and bad credit scores, having different financial situation and staying in different types of properties including manufactured homes.

Either you or your client can send in a request for mortgage quotes so that our community lenders can come forward and see if they can help you with a loan. And, when they get your loan requirements, they shall try to match their profile with your requirements and contact you accordingly.
