Who can I talk to about mobile home loans?

Like 0 Dislike 0 We are looking into buying our first home. We found 3 mobile homes on their own land that we are interested in, ranging form $95,500 - $114,900. We only have a credit score of 655 (bankruptcy 7 years ago this year)and $1,000 down payment. Where can we go to have someone tell us if we would qualify for any loan for any of the properties and be able to make the monthly payments? Thank you

You can apply for a FHA loan in order to buy those properties. You should contact the local FHA lenders for the same. The lenders will check your financial situation and your credit and let you know whether or not they can give you a loan. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
