A mobile home is a home that is built in the factory and is then transported to the site where it will be occupied. The homes are movable, but they can also be made immovable by placing them on a fixed foundation.

is it wooden home? r u saying that these homes are made in vocanic sensitive regions?
Most of the times these homes are available in the wooden format but some times these are also available with options i.e. homes on wheels.
