I have no credit, not bad credit. Just trying to find some help for my new family to get started.

As you've a poor credit, it will be difficult for you to qualify for a mortgage. Nevertheless, you can contact the local lenders and apply for a FHA loan. FHA loans are available at a credit score of around 580.

I should mention that I know some modular home companies offer financing through their company I hear, also it is very difficult in this economy to get a loan on modular homes. The best and easiest way to get a loan for one is if it is already sitting on a permanent foundation, best of luck and keep us informed.

also contact Forcht Bank - they are pretty good in Kentucky for loans I hear.
