I have a mobile home and also a mortgage on it. I want to move the house to some other better location. Is that possible?

As there is a mortgage on the property, I don't think it will be possible for you to move it. Nevertheless, if the loan does not include the land, then there is a chance. So, it will be better if you could get in touch with the lender in this regard.

It will be completely the discretion of the lender whether or not he will allow you to move the mobile home to some other place.
