I want to move a house onto my property and move my manufactured house off. The house that I am moving on needs some work. Is there financing I can get to do the move and fix it up? I have some equity in my land.

Hi Guest!

Welcome to the forums!

As you have said that there is some amount of equity on the land, then you can try for the home equity loans which can be used as home improvement loans. These loans have low rates, special tax advantages and good repayment schedules. You can try cash out refinancing or second mortgage. Speak to a qualified lender about these options and see which one the lender can offer you.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

It appears that you will need to look at a construction loan. Some lenders have these available.
