I live with my mom, who's getting on in age and I feel the need to have her home placed in my name since I'm the oldest child and I handle all her business needs anyway.Where in the court system do I start this procedure?

Hi wilcoxsonsa!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you in transferring the property in your name.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Have your mom sign and notarize a deed and file it with the county.
