My husband wants to leave; years ago, he put the title of our home in my name. Now, he is threating to sell it and make me move. Can he do this? What are my rights here?

see a divorce atty - the laws are different everywhere - if his name is not on the title he probably cannot sell without your approval - he cannot force you to sign off your share if he is on it so again only a court order could force you in most cases - again I am not an atty and my advise is to seek out the help of one in your area.
Good Luck i hope it all works out for you in the end
