I hold the title to our home; what are my rights in case of a separation or divorce?

Now, he is threating to sell it and make me move. Can he do this? What are my rights here?
Guest	Posted: Wed Feb 23, 2011 1:49 pm    Post subject: Like 0 Dislike 0 see a divorce atty - the laws are different everywhere - if his name is not on the title he probably cannot sell without your approval - he cannot force you to sign off your share if he is on it so again only a court order could force you in most cases - again I am not an atty and my advise is to seek out the help of one in your area.
