I own my home 2008 model and land it is valued around 115000 I have credit issues , can you help or guide me thanks tony 606.286.6853

They really only care about the property and collateral. If you have credit issues, you won't be able to get a loan. In order to get a conventional loan, you should have a credit score not less than 700. If you want to go for a FHA loan, then you should have a credit score of at least 620. If you don't have the required credit score, then you will have to improve and then start applying for loans.
