I am in need of a loan, home equity, or home improvement. I own my home 2008 model and land it is valued around 115000 I have credit issues , can you help or guide me thanks

If you own the land, but have credit issues, your only option might be private money or hard money loans. They really only care about the property and collateral. Google some lenders in your area and see if you can get someone to run the numbers for you.

Welcome to forums!

If you have credit issues, you won't be able to get a loan. In order to get a conventional loan, you should have a credit score not less than 700. If you want to go for a FHA loan, then you should have a credit score of at least 620. If you don't have the required credit score, then you will have to improve and then start applying for loans.
