I won't be able to say that. However, if rules and regulations are quite strict at your work place, then your employer may terminate you for this reason. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. It had to do with NMLS, after all. I don't think anyone in the nation is looking at DUI as a criminal offense, so I'd suggest you're in the clear. _________________ George M.
