Have a good salary but no credit score at all.

My father-in-law is willing to co-sign. He has a very good credit score and equity but not very much income.

Will his credit score & equity and my salary be good enough to get a FHA mortgage?

If he's willing to cosign and his equity is good enough then you should be a ble to get a mortgage. by co-signing he's commiting himself to repay the debt if you default and his assets are liable as security so it's a gutsy move by him.
