Friends do you know of any lender who will do this deal.???

For that, you can look out for loans offered by our community lenders. The lenders in our community are into providing loan options to different levels of borrowers. So, if you are interested, either you or your borrower can send us a request for mortgage quotes with a few other details. As soon as we forward the borrower's details to the respective lenders, they shall try to find out if they can offer him a loan.
