If you do not pay back your mortgage, the bank may place lien on your property. They can also sell your property through foreclosure.

The lender if they foreclose can force you to sell the remaining properties and net any of the proceeds. This would get very complicated with multiple lenders on multiple properties.

The only good advice is talk to an attorney in your area.
