My ex-wife got the home in the divorce but I have not quitclaimed it. If she decides to sell it, Once the Mortgage and back taxes are paid there will still be about $100,000 left over in equity. I am making the Mortgage payment so would I be entitled to a portion of the equity

I'd think you'd have to refer to your divorce decree on who was awarded the home. If both of you were awarded the home then I'd imagine you'd be entitled to half the profits. Definitely something to consult your divorce attorney or divorce decree on though.
