Nowadays, Flagstar Bank is having a Boom with these programs. Can anyone explain me the same. Regards Sagar

PITI Abatement benefits are: a) It provides loan up to 95% LTV. b) It makes extra cash available for the borrower to purchase home upgrades. c) It free up the worry of available cash. d) It provides easy financing option for borrower to quickly move into a new home.
