There are some gifted people here but none that I know of can finish your thoughts? Can you tell us more about what you are asking about?
Assuming you are wondering how many points are charged for a loan... that is up to the individual lender and you. Most will offer from zero points to 2-3 points depending on the rate you choose. In theory the more points the lower the rate
