I need a portfolio lend. Is there one out there that can help me. I have verifiable income and tax returns. I have contracts on two homes. I have been paying the mortgage on one for over a year and have given the owner a non refundable EMD and the other one where we are currently living I have given the owner a non refundable deposit of $26,000. I need a portfolio lender. Is there one out there that can help. One property is in Louisiana and the other is in Manassas Virginia Thank you. Sanford Kreisler
