Hi pbx,

Some states have laws which allow the borrowers to redeem their property even after it is foreclosed. You need to check out if your state laws allow redemption of property. If yes, then you can pay off the delinquent payments and additional fees in full and get back the property. If redemption is not allowed in your state laws, then you can't do anything.
